What happens after I apply?
Once you apply, you’ll be able to schedule time to connect with a Dream Team member who will share program details with you, let you know what to expect, and assess program fit. -
When does the program start?
The next MindFIT180 program kicks off in July 2022 and will last three months. For individuals who want to continue developing their mindset muscles, we will offer the advanced portion, Velocity, after the first three months. -
Is three months enough time to experience great results?
Yes! If you follow Dreamfuel’s prescribed training regimen and are consistent, you will experience significant changes to your life. Participants that maintain their daily mental fitness routine will experience the best results. Many individuals want to enhance their techniques so that they are more automatic. In those instances, we recommend enrolling in Velocity, the three-month advanced training program.

Who will be in my cohort?
Dreamfuel will host two cohorts with ten individuals in each. The cohorts will be curated based on the backgrounds of each individual and we typically offer one cohort for executive leaders and one for sales and growth-focused professionals.

When is the deadline to apply and enroll?
The program is first come, first serve, so if you think you want to participate, we encourage you to apply and enroll as soon as possible because space is limited. -
Who typically enrolls in MindFIT180?
MindFIT180 typically consists of executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals with revenue responsibilities, however individuals in operations, project management, and IT have also received tremendous value from the program. Many individuals also have athletic backgrounds and are either former or current athletes. -
Who is not a good fit for this program?
Individuals who are not willing to adopt a growth mindset and apply themselves to their training routine may see some minor improvements but will not experience the true impact of the program. -
What is the time commitment?
What you put into the program is what you will get out of it. We ask participants to spend 15 minutes per day on their mental fitness exercises. This helps build neuroplasticity in the brain and strengthen positive neural networks. In addition to your daily mental fitness exercises, you will have access to guided course material, and will engage in bi-weekly group coaching sessions with your cohort, and bi-weekly 1 on 1 coaching sessions with your mental performance coach. Group and individual coaching sessions are 30 minutes in length and administered via Zoom.
